Why It Matters
Why consultation matters
One of the primary responsibilities of a CFSS Consultation Services provider is ensuring participants understand their rights, responsibilities, and available options.
Our consultants provide education regarding both service delivery models, help participants evaluate which option best meets their needs, and support the development of person-centered plans that reflect individual goals and preferences.
Our Focus
Tranquil Care Services is entirely focused on providing CFSS Consultation Services. We do not provide direct care, personal care assistance, homemaking, nursing services, home health aide services, or hands-on caregiving. Our role is to educate, guide, and support participants through the planning and decision-making process so they can make informed choices regarding their services and supports.
Let’s find the right option for you
Our consultants are here to help you understand your options and develop a plan that reflects your goals, preferences, and support needs.
