At Tranquil Care Services, we will only be using Medicaid, CADI waiver and private payments/ insurance.
Private Pay
Clients and families can directly pay for services using:

- Recurring Billing Options
We offer customized care plans tailored to individual needs. Please contact us to discuss a plan that suits your requirements.
Public Funding Programs
We are an approved provider for several public funding programs in Minnesota, including:
- Medical Assistance (Minnesota’s Medicaid program)
- MinnesotaCare
- Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers, such as:
- Elderly Waiver (EW)
- Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver)
- Brain Injury (BI) Waiver)
- Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver)

Long-Term Care Insurance
We accept long-term care insurance policies that cover home care services. Our administrative team can assist with verifying your benefits and handling the necessary paperwork.
